The author of the cook book is chef Yohan Adell. It contains 90 recipes of French classics. Some easy to make and others more sophisticated, but all of them with a modern twist. The book is beautifully designed with lovely images – platings, vineyards in Alsace, Bourgogne, Bordeaux and Champagne and more. Yohan wants to portray his love for the French kitchen with this book. He wants to inspire to cook French food, travel to a French vineyards or to visit a genuine brasserie and experience the food and atmosphere that he lives for. Yohan himself was of course present at the book release that was held at Brasserie Makalös at Hotel Kungsträdgården in Stockholm. The guests could buy the book and get a personalized signature by Yohan. An incredible evening!
