Stockholm’s International Film Festival 2017 was just as previous years finalized with a prize ceremony where actors within the film industry were going to be celebrated. Alexandra Pascalidou was the compere for the evening and the event took place at Meeting Room at Kungsholmen.
The evening started with mingle and then the guests entered “the Square” were the prize ceremony was held. More over, awards and bronze horses, a tribute film to the recently passed actor, Mikael Nyqvist, was shown. The prize ceremony was held in English as the event is international with many visiting international guests.
After the award ceremony, there was an after party with drinks, canapées and DJ. A fantastic ending to a successful festival!
27 years after the first movie adaptation of Stephen King’s novel IT, it was once again time for a new version of the horror movie to be made. This time directed by Andy Muschietti and written by Chase Palmer. In the 2017 years cast we find the Swedish actor Bill Skarsgård as one of the leading characters, the evil clown Pennywise. Petré Event was assigned to invite guests to the gala and coordinate the event that took place on the 8th of September at Cinema Skandia in Stockholm.
The gala was filled with famous profiles who looked forward to a scary evening. Before the film, the guests were offered beer sponsored by Heineken, finger food, protein bars from Barebells, candy from Candy People, popcorn and soda. In honor of the premiere, Bill Skarsgård decided to pay a visit to Stockholm and attend the event. Journalists were prepared with movie related questions to ask on the red carpet. Then Bill stepped in to the movie theatre where he was brought up on stage to present the movie together with Twentieth Century Fox’s Marketing Director Mats Jegeus. After the movie, the guests were transported to Berns to party the night away at an IT inspired after party.
We want to dedicate a big thank you to Twentieth Century Fox and our sponsors Heineken, Barebells and Candy People!
Ronnie Peterson was one of the greatest sports profiles in Sweden during the 1970s. Tragically enough, he died in a crash on the racing tracks in Milan in 1978. The famous director Henrik Jansson-Schweizer decided to make a movie about Ronnie Peterson and his incredible life story. Movie distributor NonStop Entertainment contacted Petré Event in order to collaborate with the gala premiere of the movie. Instantly, it was clear how much fascination there is around Ronnie, especially among those who grew up watching Ronnie race. Upon the gala, cinema Rigoletto was decorated with classic decorations such as gala carpet and gala poles but also with unique objects from the motorsports industry. The entrance was framed with a big hawser with green lights, racing flags were brought in and a mannequin dressed up with Ronnie’s racing apparel was placed next to the photo wall. However, what caused the most reactions was the Lotus which was driven in by Tag Heurer and placed in the middle of the red carpet.
Sparkling wine, snacks from Barebells and beverages from Vitamin Well were served in the lobby before the movie. Mingle and happy reunions took place at Rigoletto as racing profiles such as Emerson Fittipaldi and John Watson chose to participate at the premiere. After the movie, the guests were taken to Eric Ericsonhallen where a great after party was organized. Petré gives a big thank you to NonStop Entertainment for a successful collaboration with the gala premiere and thanks to our lovely sponsors Vitamin Well and Barebells for contributing in giving the guests a great time!
Petré Event was entrusted with the honorable assignment of planning and executing the law firm Gernandt & Danielsson’s conference trip with more than 100 participants during four days in October 2015.
The conference was held at one of the world’s largest sailing vessels, Star Clipper. The sailing took place in the Greek archipelago. The four days were filled with interesting lectures both on board and on land on the Greek islands that Star Clipper anchored.
With the weather on our side, the participants were given the best conditions for an amazing experience on board of this incredible and unique ship.
Start Clipper can take 170 passengers and has a sailing crew of 72 persons. During the summer season it sails around the Mediterranean and in the Caribbean during the winter season.
”It was an amazing setting for a conference. It is a great advantage to have the conference on a ship as the personnel is gathered throughout the whole trip. And with the meticulous planning and delightful people from Petré, the trip was a success.” says Manfred Löfvenhaft, Managing Partner at Gernandt & Danielsson.
Thank you to Gernandt & Danielsson for making us responsible for your grand conference trip!
